Returning Products

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt. 

Items must not be opened and/or used and in their original packaging. The amount of your order will be credited to you within 15 days. 

The expenses of return are the responsibility of the customer.

The refund will be made with the credit card used in the order or by bank transfer.
